1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when customers may cancel a Trymovo purchase or subscription and when a refund may be available.
This policy applies to purchases and subscriptions made through https://trymovo.co unless a different written refund arrangement was expressly provided at the time of purchase.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer, statutory, withdrawal, cancellation, or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Trymovo subscription at any time using the available subscription management or cancellation functionality or by contacting Trymovo support.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, cancellation prevents the subscription from automatically renewing for the next billing period.
Unless you are otherwise entitled to a refund, cancellation does not automatically refund charges for the current billing period.
You will generally continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have already paid, unless your account is suspended or terminated under our Terms of Service.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:
- where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law;
- where Trymovo is unable to provide the purchased Service due to a material technical failure attributable to Trymovo;
- where you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error;
- where a duplicate charge was made for the same transaction;
- where Trymovo expressly agrees to provide a discretionary refund; or
- where the applicable payment provider's terms provide a refund right that applies to the transaction.
4. Digital Services
Because Trymovo provides digital software and services, certain refunds may be affected by whether you have already accessed, used, consumed, downloaded, activated, or otherwise benefited from the Service.
Where applicable law provides a statutory cancellation or withdrawal period for digital services, we will respect those rights subject to the conditions and exceptions permitted by law.
Where you expressly request immediate access to digital content or services and applicable law permits the statutory cancellation right to end or be limited once performance begins, the applicable legal exception may apply.
5. Free Trials
If Trymovo provides a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid the applicable paid subscription charge.
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, the payment method provided during registration may be charged according to the terms displayed when the trial was activated.
Once a trial has converted into a paid subscription, the standard cancellation and refund provisions of this policy apply.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, or have been charged an incorrect amount, please contact us promptly.
We will investigate the transaction records and, where a genuine billing error is confirmed, arrange an appropriate correction or refund.
7. Service Problems
If you experience a significant technical problem that prevents you from accessing or using a material part of the paid Service, contact our support team as soon as reasonably possible.
We may first attempt to resolve the issue through troubleshooting, restoration of access, or another appropriate remedy.
Where we are unable to provide a reasonable remedy and a refund is appropriate, we may issue a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
8. Discretionary Refunds
In circumstances where no refund is required by law, Trymovo may, at its discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
In evaluating a discretionary refund request, we may consider:
- the reason for the request;
- the date of purchase;
- how much of the Service has been used;
- the type of subscription or product purchased;
- whether the issue has previously been resolved;
- whether the request concerns a genuine technical or billing issue;
- whether there is evidence of refund abuse or fraud; and
- any applicable consumer protection requirements.
A discretionary refund granted in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same refund in another situation.
9. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Subject to mandatory legal rights, refunds may generally be declined where:
- you simply decide not to use the Service after purchasing it;
- you fail to cancel a subscription before its renewal date;
- you purchased the wrong plan despite the plan details being clearly presented;
- you violate the Terms of Service and your account is suspended or terminated as a result;
- there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse;
- you have already received and materially used the applicable Service;
- you request a refund outside any applicable refund period; or
- the issue is caused by circumstances outside Trymovo's reasonable control.
10. Refund Requests
To request a refund, contact:
contact@trymovo.coPlease provide enough information for us to identify the relevant transaction, including where available:
- your name;
- account email address;
- transaction or invoice number;
- date of purchase;
- product or subscription purchased;
- reason for the refund request; and
- relevant supporting information.
Do not send complete payment-card numbers, passwords, authentication codes, or other sensitive credentials in a refund request.
11. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method where technically and legally possible.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.
Where Paddle or another payment provider is the merchant of record, the applicable provider may process the refund in accordance with its own payment and refund procedures.
12. Chargebacks
If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, incorrect, or otherwise problematic, please contact us before initiating a chargeback where possible.
We will investigate legitimate disputes and work with the relevant payment provider where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising any legitimate rights available through your card issuer, bank, payment provider, or applicable law.
13. Statutory Rights
This Refund Policy does not remove or restrict any statutory rights that apply to you.
If the laws of your country provide mandatory rights concerning cancellation, withdrawal, refunds, defective services, digital content, or consumer protection, those rights continue to apply.
Where there is a conflict between this policy and a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right will prevail.
14. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will be published on this page and will include the applicable "Last Updated" date.
The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version in effect when the transaction was completed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
